Set in the heart of a vast citrus grove just outside Ouled Teima on the Agadir side, Domaine Limoune is the neighbor of Jardin aux Etoiles. It can be reached in just a few minutes. It's the perfect place to spend a lovely day : dining under the orange trees or at the gourmet Massa restaurant, strolling through the extremely well-tended surroundings, visiting the well-tended animal park, cycling, quad biking or pony trekking. Sunday : a popular buffet and musical entertainment. Luminous chalets, cleverly dotted around the immense property, and guest rooms complete the high standard on offer at Domaine Limoune. Let's just say it right away! Under the leadership of Amine Bouslikhane, one of the owners' sons, trained at the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and the Metz University School of Management in France, the Massa restaurant has risen to the top of the best restaurants in the Souss-Massa region. Opened in 2023, seven years after Domaine Limoune welcomed its first visitors, it has taken up residence in a brand new building, which shines with its modernity and dazzling contemporary decor.
Wonders
The quality of the food is perfectly in tune. The enthusiastic chef Jawad Rahali reigns supreme over his team. After first working at Domaine Limoune, then completing his experience at the Japanese restaurant Morimoto at the Fairmont Taghazout Bay, before giving lustre to the Dar al Hossun in Taroudant, Jawad Rahali is back where he started.
Advised by a chef who once worked at a Parisian palace, Jawad Rahali and his team create wonders behind their all-glass walls, which allow you to see them at work. The Massa restaurant's menu changes approximately every 18 months. Discover the current menu by clicking on the PDF file below :
Our favorites: the porcini mushroom and truffle ravioli (what a sauce!), the prawns with their spicy sauce (so crunchy!), or the Taliouine saffron sole with lemon potato mousseline. There's a wide selection. Most dishes are offered to be shared between two people. A great deal !
Volubilia recommended
Domaine Limoune holds a licensed liquor store. Moroccan wines are excellent ! Enjoy them. We recommend the Volubilia, available in white, rosé, and red, which can be served by the glass. European vintages are also available.

The latest achievement to have emerged in Villate Limoune, Monkey Beach combines luxury services: nature, turquoise green swimming pool, music, catering and entertainment. The magnificent water surface is encased in lush tropical foliage.

Amine Bouslikhane, directeur général, aux côtés de son père, Aziz Bouslikhane, propriétaire du Domaine Villate Limoune et président fondateur d’Universiapolis-Université Internationale d’Agadir. Imprégné par les valeurs de la pédagogie nord-américaine.
La Table des saveurs is located at the eastern entrance to Domaine Limoune, and is the original restaurant. The cuisine served here is of a high standard, but does not match the originality of the Massa restaurant. It was previously in the traditional Moroccan cuisine range. Since the hiring of true professionals, it has reached the level of a good European restaurant. Its former chef, Younes Abela, gave it its letters of nobility. Admission is subject to payment of 170 dh for a tour of the entire estate, including the animal park.
Meals are served outside, under the orange trees. Exquisite natural environment! The very neat dining room is only used in cool weather or when it rains, which rarely happens.
In the evening, another atmosphere: illuminated area, campfires.
On Sundays, attractive promotional offer, which is a huge success. For 450 dh (45 euros), an adult is entitled to entry to the estate, as well as to the midday meal, in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet. For our part, experiences made, we hardly appreciate the rush towards the dishes and, at the end of the meal, the uneaten food which remains on the tables...
The package offered at the entrance also includes attractions: playground equipment for children, bike ride, visit to the educational farm with banana plantation and organic vegetable garden, as well as Zoo.
Attractions and musical entertainment
On weekends, musical entertainment : Gnaoua atmosphere, as well as entertainment provided by a clown and a mascot for the children. On Saturdays sometimes with Yan Sich, who takes visitors on a journey through hits he 60s and 70s. On Sundays, at noon and during the afternoon: live music for example with the RFM collective: salsa, Arabo-Andalusian, reggae.

Zoo
Villate Limoune is installed on a huge plot of 400 hectares of orange trees, palm trees and various vegetable crops.
The animal park that has been created there is worth the visit in itself. He is very neat. You can see all kinds of animals there: horses, ponies, donkeys, camels, llamas, alpacas, gazelles, ostriches, porcupines, monkeys, parrots and many other birds, unfortunately in cages for the latter.
The visit to the estate extends to that of the banana greenhouse. Special programs are set up for schools and students.
Villate Limoune also includes a magnificent football pitch, very well grassed, which is rare in the South of the Kingdom. It is an ideal place for a winter training camp.
