The brigade of the Jardins de Taroudant now officiates collegially at the head of the establishment since the departure of chef Jawad Rahali. It intends to offer chic and refined cuisine, based on fresh products. Hence a menu with a relatively limited choice.

 

 

 

 

 

There are dishes of Moroccan, Italian, French and even Japanese origin. On the Moroccan side: beef tanjia, sepha medfouna and the inevitable tagines and couscous (on order and for the whole table). Italy: risottos and pastas, for example with seafood. For the cuisine of France: beef fillet with mushrooms, rack of lamb in a mustard crust.

 

Meals are served either on a raised pergola or in a large lounge, recommended for winter, or even by the pool in the afternoon. Only Moroccan wines, and this is perfectly sufficient to accompany the dishes served.

 

The trump card of Dar al Hossun lies in the heavenly setting of its gardens, which highlight its gastronomy, by day and even more so at night, when they are illuminated. The exceptional variety of trees and plants in this setting then appears in all its splendor, as do the cleverly constructed slopes.

 

It is necessary to reserve your table, especially in the evening, so that the kitchen can organize itself, whether there are many customers present or on the contrary there are very few.
